Adam Dolník

Adam is a globally recognized negotiator with a unique combination of academic qualifications, elite negotiation skills, and extensive experience in high-stakes life-and-death negotiations.

After an academic career as a professor at universities in the USA, Singapore, Germany and Australia, where he specialized in negotiating with terrorists, he dedicated himself to negotiating for the lives of hostages held by criminal groups, pirates, terrorists and state actors worldwide.

Adam served for several years as the principal expert on Kidnap for Ransom at the UN Counter-Terrorism Centre in New York and regularly trains elite negotiation teams, international organisations, and private sector clients around the world (over 65 countries).
