Johanna Mair
Johanna Mair is a highly respected scholar and educator who specializes in the field of social innovation. She is currently a Professor of Organization, Strategy, and Leadership at the Hertie School and co-leads the Global Innovation for Impact Lab at the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society. Additionally, she serves as an Academic Editor of the Stanford Social Innovation Review. Her research is primarily focused on the ways in which organizations and innovative forms of organizing can contribute to economic, social, and political progress.
In addition to conducting award-winning research that has been published in books and leading scholarly journals, she also advises companies, governments, and civil society organizations on social innovation and serves on boards of various foundations and organizations.
