Michala Hrdinová

Michala Hrdinová graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and after graduation she joined Accenture, where she worked on and off for more than 15 years.
She held management positions mainly in project management and delivery of IT solutions for end customers. In addition, she has a long-standing commitment to talent development, particularly through learning and engagement projects.

Michala is currently Programme Leader for the Public Leadership Academy programme, which aims to develop civil and public servants in government and public administration with the potential and aspiration to implement changes with a positive impact.
