Nicole Wright Patrick

Nicole Wright Patrick is Program Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at the National Democratic Institute, where her portfolio focuses on civic engagement, minority inclusion, and support for local and municipal governance. Her experience spans the implementation, management, and evaluation of training and technical assistance initiatives in the development field, including programs focused on good governance, support for politically active women and young people, and anti-human trafficking efforts.

Nicole holds a Master’s degree in international development, with a concentration in democracy and governance.
She is passionate about the power of democratic values and institutions to create a more equitable world.
